What’s the minimum commitment?

Do you work with brands outside Mauritius?
Yes. Anywhere with a TikTok audience and a willingness to be on camera. Most production happens locally in Mauritius and content ships globally.
I’m camera-shy. Will EGC still work for me?
Yes. We coach your team to feel natural on camera. We’ve turned plenty of camera-shy owners into confident hosts. The first session is the hardest. After that, it’s muscle memory.
Do you handle paid ads management?
Yes. All packages from Mama I’m on TikTok upward include boosting service. Budget can be add-on or included depending on package.
What if my industry isn’t exciting on social?
Every industry is exciting on social if you find the right angle. We’ve grown contractors, fragrance brands, aquarium showrooms. The boring brief is the agency’s job to crack.
Can I see references before signing?

Do you do one-off shoots?
Rarely. Our model is built on monthly retention because social compounds. That said, photoshoot-only briefs are possible. Tell us what you need.
How is pricing calculated?
Based on the package you pick, the volume of content, and any add-ons (extra shoots, boost budget, dedicated community manager). We send a fixed monthly quote. No surprises.
